The contrast between the white of the birds and near black of the water is stunning.
Very pretty swans in black and white (even though it's a color photo :).

I really like the oddball on the right side looking the opposite direction of the other three. And I don't think this photo would have worked nearly as well in color. There are some things that need to be b&w.
