Dallas Newspaper Boxes

Sorry for the spotty posting lately - I've just switched from the crappy service at AT&T/SBC to cable through my internet provider and this looks like it's much better service already - yippee!

Anyway, here's a grouping of newspaper boxes at the corner of the library downtown.

Lotsa color with those boxes. There was a move in the Houston city council a while back to make all the newspaper/magazine/fishwrap vendors use a standard size and color. Don't know where that stands, currently. I think it would be boring.

kate - glad you like these

myron - that seems a right big waste of time, regulating newspaper boxes - I see that the Houston City Council has their heads up their own rear-ends just like ours do in Dallas. At least there's some consistency in the world. I agree - it would be boring
