Rock Garden

Lovely rock garden area at the corner of a yard in a nice neighborhood. I love these kinds of plantings - they seem so much more natural and lovely to me than the overly-cultivated plantings of fussy, non-hardy flowers.

Finally - a 13th floor!

At least in practical matters. I'll bet when they were selling the condos here at the Cirque at Victory Park condo tower, it jumps from the 12th to the 14th floors. What do you bet?
